San Dimas has some four new developments in front of Costco at the southeast corner of Lone Hill and Gladstone. The properties, which were previously owned by Costco, have been developed over the last year and a half.
BANK OF THE WEST at 614 North Lone Hill is slated to open in December 2013. The property was acquired and developed by Pacific Development Group (www.PDGCenters.com) out of Irvine, California. The building is approximately 4,000 square feet and sits on a parcel that is approximately 21,512 square feet. The development was approved December 5, 2012.
OLIVE GARDEN at 582 N Lone Hill has been open for over a year and is owned by N & D Restaurants, Inc, out of Orlando Florida. The Los Angeles County Assessor records indicate the building is 7,425 square feet and sits on 42,534 square feet of land.
PANDA EXPRESS at 508 N Lone Hill is a 2,428 square foot building and sits on an 18,156 parcel. The property is owned by CFT Developments LLC in Rosemead, California.
CITRUS STATION at 462-470 South Lone Hill is also owned and developed by Pacific Development Group. The building is approximately 9,000 square feet and the parcel is approximately 17,227 square feet. The center is fully leased to The Habit Burger Grill, Yogurt Land, Jersey Mike’s, Fantastic Sam’s, and Sleep Number. The project was approved by the San Dimas Planning Commission on February 20, 2012.
