Three new quick serve restaurants have been added to the busy Glendora corner of Route 66 and South Grand Avenue.
The recently built Glendora Plaza has added two new restaurants. Waba Grill at 630 South Grand promises to “serve the best teriyaki menu items using all natural ingredients, and no artificial additives like MSG.” Immediately next door is Krave Kobe Burger Grill “features American Wagyu Kobe Beef Burgers, 100% natural hand cut tender Omaha Angus Steak, and all natural free range chicken breast sandwiches, fresh delicious salads and made to order sweet potato and French fries.”
Glendora Plaza was substantially completed in 2011 and has been leasing up since then. There are three buildings of approximately 6,551 sf, 6,567 sf, and 4,950 sf. The property is owned and was developed by 630 South Grand Avenue LLC out of Pasadena.
X2O Cafe & Hookah Lounge serves Greek and Mediterranean food in the spot formerly occupied by Daily Grind coffee shop at 551 S Grand Avenue at the northwest corner of Grand and Route 66. The strip center was built in 2007 and features three buildings, one occupied by Union Bank, one occupied by Glendora Smiles, and the other by T-Mobile, Juice It Up, and now X20 Cafe. The three buildings together are approximately 18,162 square feet.
