San Dimas – Fresh & Easy Construction Continues
Construction continues on the Fresh & Easy at the northwest corner of Bonita and San Dimas Canyon. The plan calls for approximately 14,000 square feet. Fresh & Easy has been on an aggressive expansion campaign in the last couple of years; however, they have not opened all of the stores they have built. My hunch is that this store will open given its location in the middle of densely populated neighborhood.
Concurrently, WF Construction is preparing the foundation for an additional 8,000 square feet of retail to the west of the Fresh & Easy building. The spaces will range in size from 1,200 to 1,600 square feet.
